BBH Helps Build Michal Strnad’s Family Office
The law firm BBH and the Michal Strnad group are entering a new stage of cooperation. The law firm, known for its prominent position and reputation as a top legal adviser in the structuring and management of wealth for Czech billionaires, has been entrusted with building the structure of a family investment office (Family Office) for what is currently the wealthiest Czech.
Long-time BBH partner Vladimír Uhde is moving to lead this project. The aim of the project is to create a robust investment structure that will ensure the effective management and growth of the investors’ assets.
“This is a project that combines investment architecture with a strong focus on governance. As part of our agreement, Vladimír Uhde will transition to this role and will be directly at the helm of the further development of Mr. Michal Strnad’s fund,” said BBH Managing Partner František Honsa.
