Zdeněk Husták has more than 30 years of experience in regulation and compliance. He is a member of the Czech National Bank’s Bank Board Review Committee and has served on the advisory bodies of the EBA and EIOPA, in the Presidium of the Securities Commission, and as an adviser to key ministries.

Adam Nečas has over 20 years of experience, including as Director of the Licensing Department for Financial Institutions at the Czech National Bank and as a member of staff of the Securities Commission.

Miroslav Fašung and Matej Blahút lead the banking and finance practice and related financial regulation in the Slovak Republic.
