We have extensive arbitration experience not only in domestic matters, but also in a wide array of international proceedings under the UNCITRAL, ICC, SCC and VIAC rules, as well as those of the SCAI/SAC, and, of course, before the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic. Never complacent, many of our lawyers also act as arbitrators and have experience deciding commercial disputes under the rules of these bodies.
