Whistleblower Protection

BBH, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o. has implemented an internal whistleblowing system in accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the Protection of Whistleblowers. The Company has excluded from access to the internal whistleblowing system those individuals who do not perform work or other similar activities for the Company as specified in Section 2(3)(a), (b), (h), or (i) of the said Act.
