A Team with Unique Expertise

Zdeněk Husták has long served as a member of the Czech National Bank’s Bank Board Review Committee. In the past, he was a member of advisory bodies of the EBA and EIOPA, served on the presidium of the Securities Commission, and acted as an advisor to key ministries.

Adam Nečas previously headed the Licensing Department of the Czech National Bank.

Tomáš Sedláček leads the banking and finance practice in the Czech Republic. He has received numerous individual recognitions in rankings such as Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, and IFLR1000.

Miroslav Fašung and Matej Blahút lead the banking and finance practice, including related financial regulation, in the Slovak Republic.
