Prague Pre-Moot 2026: BBH Once Again Supporting the Next Generation of Arbitration Lawyers
On 6–8 March 2026, the 18th edition of the Prague Pre-Moot took place in Prague. The event traditionally precedes the world-renowned Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. This year again, BBH was delighted to co-organise the event together with the Vis Moot team of the Charles University Faculty of Law.
The pre-moot welcomed 26 student teams from across Europe and beyond, as well as nearly one hundred arbitrators from among experienced arbitration practitioners. Among them was Petr Vošahlík (BBH), who sat on the final panel together with Fëllënza Limani (SPB Prague) and Sofie Emilie Andersen, coach of the Aarhus team.
The final round was held between Jagiellonian University and the University of Bielefeld. After an excellent and closely contested final, Jagiellonian University emerged as the winner.
